About Daniel Leach- Processor

Daniel Leach is a certified DE underwriter with over 10 years of experience in wholesale lending and close to 15 years of real estate investing experience. He started his investing career with a house in Bristol PA that was meant to be a flip, but organically turned into a rental property. Fast forward to today and that rental property has snowballed into a multi unit rental portfolio with a few fix and flips along the way. While growing his investment REO’s he worked for one of the nations top wholesale lenders before coming to LCM. He is well versed in all underwriting guidelines including conventional, FHA, USDA and VA. While his time in wholesale lending was great, he wanted to switch to a heavier client facing role and has been processing mortgages with LCM ever since. Dan also holds his insurance property and casualty license which just adds more insight to the entire loan process.
